I am a qualified systemic psychotherapist accredited by the UKCP. The UKCP holds the national register of trained psychotherapists and counsellors who meet robust training standards and abide by their ethical and professional code. I have worked in the NHS for the past six years in CAMHS, and in a specialist eating disorders service for young people and their families. Before this, I trained and worked in Relate for eight years, working with couples, families and young people.
